now I have moved on from The Fault in our Stars to If I Stay. I have just started reading this book so I am not very aware of what's going on. but, I am very aware of the fact that this book is going to be very sad and upsetting just like my last book. I have decided to not watch the movie before I read the book. I do know of some of the thing that are going to happen in the book but I don't know how they happen. Has anybody read both The Fault in our Stars and If I Stay? If so please comment what you think I don't know if this is a good book for me to read.

So, I finished The Fault In Our Stars. Oh my gosh! This was the worst and best book that I have every read in my entire life! Well it was the worst because it was soooooo sad and I was crying so hard. Even though I had seen the movie before I even read the book... Well I'm sure that most people have read and/or seen the Fault In Our Stars but just in case I'm not going to tell what happens in the end but it is terrible!!! I cannot believe that someone would do such a thing! It was overwhelmingly awful! It seemed to me that everything was great in the book and then in the blink of an eye everything all of the sudden just dropped. It happened so quickly! Next thing you know you get the worst news ever and you're crying but, the story isn't even real! I mean, I'm sure it could happen but this is realistic fiction! I feel like the characters were so amazing that the book seemed to be real life! That sounds weird but its like the plot line is so intense that it make you feel like you're part of the story.

But, on the other hand, this is the best book ever because it is a little mix of everything; romance, comedy, fiction, realistic fiction, action (not really but, if you think about it, it could be). And that is what makes this book so amazing! It has a little bit of something for everyone so in other words, its a pretty well rounded book! I feel the characters-once again- are so detailed and you can just picture them doing that because you know them so well from just a couple made-up pages of stories. This is definitely my favorite book every and I recommend it to everyone!

In The Fault in Our Stars the main character is kind of a tell it how it is person. I feel like she doesn't care about what other people think of her and that is a good thing. She doesn't sugar coat anything especially when it comes to Augustus Waters. Augustus is kind of the love of her life even though she hasn't realized it. Yet. Augustus dreams of having an impact and being remembered by everyone. Hazel has a problem with that. She specifically points out that it is impossible to be remembered by everyone. Later on Augustus runs into Hazel again and he tries to talk to her more and more. It works.

They become closer and closer- friends wise- (well for Hazel but Augustus not so much) until finally, Hazel realizes she likes him. This has to be a major point in the book because everything changes from here on out. Another major thing in the book is when they read each others favorite books. This may not seem like a big thing but it is because When Augustus reads Hazel's favorite book, and finishes it, He send an email to the author concerning the unfinished ending. The author returns an email. Both Augustus and Hazel are so excited because they are invited to Amsterdam to see the author.

So, I have started to read The Fault In Our Stars by, John Green. Before I even started reading the book I knew that this was going to be a tough one because, if you have seen the movie well, it's sad. So right away from the first page of the book I knew that this was going to be a great book because it seems like in the first couple of pages, the main character, Hazel, seems to be talking to you (not literally). I kept reading and it just got better and better with every page.

I chose to read this book because I seem to like more romantic books. And even though half of them don't end well, I still like them. My top favorite book that I have ever read is Tiger Lily by, Jodi Lynn Anderson. This book also is romantic but tells the story of Peter Pan and Tiger Lily before Wendy came along, and what happens when Wendy gets there. I thought that The Fault In Our Stars might kind of create the same plot, well not exactly but, Just the same feel that Tiger Lily had.
